Seals-It Single Hole Grommets

Seals-It grommet seals ensure a fume resistant seal whilst passing fuel pipes, oil lines, control cables or wiring looms through your vehicles bulkheads. They enable the lines to pass safely through metal, grp or carbon body panels without chafing or abrasion, as well as allowing hoses with larger diameter hose fittings pre-installed to be installed without being dismantled. These professional seals are not cheap, but often far more economical than using bulkhead fittings and multiple hose fittings where one fitting might perform the same job, when in fact one fitting gives many less places where a leak might occur.

Manufactured from flame retardant rubber, bonded to the aluminium backing plates. The grommet seal plates can be screwed or riveted to the body, ideally with a little flame retardant sealant and extra holes can be drilled through as necessary. Pre-drilled holes are 1/8"/3.2mm.
