DELIVERY OPTIONS EXPLAINED
A range of Delivery options will be presented to you in the Shopping Basket and during Checkout. The options available to you will depend on your location and the products in your basket. Please read below for more detailed information about the various delivery options.
All orders in the UK are shipped via Royal Mail where selected (if applicable) or via Fedex, typically using their 24 or 48 hour service. Seats are sent on a Fedex 48 service to Mainland UK areas (not Highlands and Islands), this can take 2-3 days. Roll cages are sent via a freight company - you will be given delivery details as soon as this is arranged. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands take 2 or 3 days depending on location, despite being sent on the Fedexservice, this is determined by them, not us and it's likely you'll already be familiar with these delivery schedules. Please note that the delivery times relate to the typical length of time taken to deliver from the date of dispatch and is not a guarantee.
Most of our Worldwide shipping is dealt with via Fedex. Customers in Europe can usually select Fedex Economy Select or Fedex Express, depending on costs and delivery speed required. Sometimes the Express option is cheaper and always faster. Please note things like fire extinguishers and fluids cannot be sent via air freight. Some destinations like Russia are looked after by Parcel Force. Chinese customers wishing us to use Fedex Express must include a CR number in the order notes field when checking out. Please note that even if you select Fedex Express, this does not always mean the goods are available to be shipped immediately, if you have a time issue send us an e-mail first just to check schedules...
We cannot ship fire extinguisher systems full, we can however ship them empty, ready for charging and pressurising in your own country, fluids cannot be sent via airfreight. If you want a fire extinguisher, just ask and we'll enable you to add it to your basket. Roll Cages cannot currently be shipped outside the UK mainland, sorry!
As soon as a parcel is shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming the dispatch and the tracking number for your parcel. To aid customers to reduce import duty, we do sometimes split a shipment, we always try to inform you if we think this is in your best interests, usually we don't ask you for any additional funds, although occasionally we may need to request some additional funds, but rest assured we have no ability to do this, as we never see your payment details. So when required we will e-mail you initially to discuss, then if agreed, we'll add the agreed fee to your basket, for you to checkout and pay the additional costs.
If you are local to us and would like to collect the products from our premises please select this option and contact us to arrange collection. Please don't just turn up without contacting us first as your order may not be ready for collection or you may have selected products that are not usual stock items. This option can also be selected if you want to arrange for your own courier collection (make some notes on your order in the space provided and we'll contact you when the parcel(s) are ready to be collected).
