T7 Aluminium Battery Mounting Brackets

These battery trays are made from laser cut lightweight aluminium 12 swg (2.0mm) sheet, then precision folded and tig welded before being finished in a crinkle black powdercoat. A strap is provided with the tray to secure the battery in place.

The tray has two sets of mounting holes in the base. To fit, simply position the tray and use the existing holes as a drilling guide for mounting. The mounting hole positions are located in the outer most corners of the tray giving a footprint only fractionally bigger than the size of the battery itself. It is recommended to use cap head bolts for mounting.

The strap provided is long enough to accommodate all battery heights, once installed you can cut the strap to the desired length using a sharp pair of scissors, it is then recommended to use a lighter to prevent the end of the strap from fraying. Please Note: No nuts or bolts are supplied with this battery tray.
