The Kit Car Pedal Box stands out due to its thoughtful engineering, making it compatible with most space frame chassis kit cars that come equipped with a bulkhead. This design features a convenient 25x25mm cutout at the rear of the box, allowing it to fit snugly over the bottom rail typically found in the driver’s footwell, ensuring both function and easy installation.

Crafted from reinforced mild steel, the pedals are built to withstand the rigours of motorsport. Each pedal is reinforced with a strengthening plate on the rear, which not only adds durability but also provides greater leverage for increased pedal force. Users will appreciate the adjustable pedal pads, which can be raised or lowered to customise the height and optimise the pedal ratio. This feature allows for precise tuning of the driving experience, all while utilising smooth, high-quality oil-impregnated spherical bearings that enhance the pedal’s operation.

The base box frame is constructed from robust 2mm mild steel, ensuring exceptional strength and stability. This frame is engineered to mount securely against the bulkhead of the vehicle, delivering additional support and minimising flex during intense driving conditions. On the rear side, the frame includes three strategically placed mounting points for brake master cylinders, making it versatile and compatible with most master cylinders available in the market today.

The accelerator pedal features a straightforward yet effective design, consisting of a mild steel arm that allows the throttle cable to enter seamlessly from the top of the pedal box—a common and practical feature in many kit cars. This design omits any stops or return springs, instead relying on the throttle body’s own return spring for optimal performance.

Our Cable Clutch Kit for Car Pedal Boxes includes two master cylinders (0.625″ and 0.700″) along with the bias bar. We provide the bias bar with Nyloc nuts to securely lock any adjustments, ensuring compliance with IVA regulations.

Our Hydraulic Clutch Kit Car Pedal Boxes include 3 x Master Cylinders (0.625″, 0.700″ & 0.750″) as well as the bias bar. We also supply the bias bar with Nyloc Nuts so you can lock off any potential adjustment in order to meet IVA Regulations.

When installing your clutch cable, you may need to drill your own holes. Since there are various sizes of clutch cables, it is not feasible for us to accommodate every option, so we leave this adjustment to the customer.
