Engineered with precision, our dual brake master cylinder bias-controlled design ensures an unparalleled driving experience.
The heart of the system features CNC-machined pedals, crafted from high-quality materials to reduce friction and enhance durability. These pedals are supported by oil-impregnated spherical bearings, which provide unmatched smoothness and responsiveness. Additionally, the pedal pads are made from CNC-machined billet aluminium, allowing for customisable adjustments in multiple positions. This design flexibility enables drivers to choose between different pedal ratios and achieve maximum comfort tailored to their driving style.
The frame of the pedal box is constructed from robust 2mm mild steel, ensuring exceptional strength and resilience. Its sturdy design allows for mounting directly against the bulkhead, which further enhances stability during intense driving conditions.
The Single accelerator pedal is thoughtfully engineered with two adjustable throttle stops, enabling precise control over the pedal throw according to personal preference. A sensitive return spring is included to ensure quick and reliable throttle response. For those utilising traditional systems, the accelerator comes standard with a throttle cable linkage. However, it is also designed with modern technology in mind, as it is fully compatible with Drive By Wire (DBW) systems. Simply detach the linkage and replace it with a linear potentiometer for an upgraded experience.
The combination of Mild Steel Cradle and Aircraft Grade T6061 Aluminium Pedals provides excellent rigidity, improved feel, and a durable construction.
