Crafted from high-quality materials, our featherweight dual brake master cylinder bias-controlled pedal boxes aim to provide maximum efficiency—a critical factor in delivering smooth and precise braking. The pedals are CNC-machined to ensure exceptional precision and quality, while the incorporation of low-friction, oil-impregnated spherical bearings revolutionises pedal box performance, resulting in a remarkably responsive and comfortable feel for the driver.
The pedal pads, also CNC-machined from billet aluminium, are designed for versatility. They can be adjusted in various positions, offering a customisable fit that allows drivers to fine-tune their pedal ratios and achieve optimal comfort during use.
The base frame of the Pro-EV V2 is meticulously constructed from 2.5mm mild steel, ensuring both robustness and lightweight durability. This design reinforces structural integrity by securely mounting against the bulkhead of the vehicle, providing added stability during operation. Furthermore, the frame features two strategically placed mounting points at the rear, compatible with the majority of brake master cylinders available on the market, ensuring easy installation.
The accelerator pedal is thoughtfully designed with adjustable stops at both the rear and front, allowing drivers to customise their experience further. It also incorporates a sensitive return spring, ensuring a quick and smooth return to the neutral position.
