When this reticulated polyurethane foam is installed inside a fuel tank, it serves as a highly effective three-dimensional fire screen. With an impressive structure that is 98% void, this foam minimises the reduction of fuel volume to just 4% and adds only a tiny amount of net weight to the tank. Its primary functions include reducing fuel slosh and suppressing the risk of explosions, making it a critical component for safety in fuel storage.
