Double BOSCH 044 Fuel Pump Billet Aluminium Outlet Manifold (FUEL PUMPS NOT INCLUDED)
Elevate your fuel system with this meticulously crafted assembly kit, designed from high-quality Billet 6061 Aluminium. This robust manifold system allows for the seamless connection of two BOSCH 044 fuel pumps (or equivalent models) to a single outlet, significantly reducing the complexity and number of hose connections required.
The clever design features two precision-drilled holes into which the fuel pumps effortlessly slot. Utilising the pumps’ integrated check valves, this setup effectively prevents backflow, safeguarding the pumps from potential damage and extending their operational lifespan.
Versatility is at the core of this manifold, offering two outlet configurations: an inline-facing outlet located at the middle port, and a 90-degree fitting at the end port. Both outlets are outfitted with industry-standard AN / JIC 8 threads, providing excellent compatibility with various fuel system setups. Although typically only one outlet will be utilised, the second can be conveniently blanked off for a clean installation.
To ensure optimal installation and support, a double fuel pump mounting bracket is also available. This bracket is designed to achieve the perfect centre spacing, providing stability and alignment for your fuel pumps.

– 2 x M12 x 1.5 Blanking Caps for sealing unused ports
– 2 x M12 Crush Washers to ensure tight and secure connections

– 1 x AN / JIC 8 to AN / JIC 6 ORB Adapter (Please reach out if you need an alternative size; additional sizes are readily available.)
