Grayston Ford Type Ghia sleeve nuts, as used on the original Ford Capri and Escort Ghia models with alloy wheels. These metric sleeve type wheel nuts feature a large sleeve with a 60 degree taper to suit the larger holes in these type of wheels. They have a 19mm hex head and come bright chrome plated with the standard M12 x 1.5 pitch thread.
